High sheen grained Walnut polyester finish with tall casing and decorative brass trimmings. The 131 is a powerful acoustic overstrung piano with a rich full tone, medium responsive touch and nicely weighted keys. It's an ideal instrument for any type of player, from beginner to advanced, due to it's versatility and expressive dynamics. It is solid throughout, featuring a Slow-Close Fall Board System to protect fingers from the lid closing down on them fast. Another nice feature is the shapely brass protective plate surrounding the three pedals. The middle pedal is a practice pedal for quiet play.
