Overstrung Richard Lipp Grand Concert Upright Piano

Richard Lipp piano are high quality, hand built German pianos with a rich, warm and powerful tone. Their uprights, in particular those made between 1895 and 1930 are considered to be some of the best built pianos in the world, ranking alongside Steinway, Bluthner, Bechstein and other great makers.
 
This Richard Lipp & Sohn Stuggart (1910) is restored and reconditioned to a high standard. It has a very soft rounded mellow tone, with a strong bass and even depth of tone throughout. The original ivory keys are in excellent condition and nicely weighted, flush and responsive. The piano plays beautifully and is stable in Concert Pitch. The action is reconditioned, regulated and in perfect working order, comprising of high quality German parts, manufactured using very fine woods and components. The pedals function with ease and feel good under the feet.

The soundboard is large and generates presence and fullness of sound, similar to a baby grand piano. First established in 1831, R.
