1905 C.J Quant. Berlin Overstrung Grand Concert Upright

A large solid instrument with a soft rounded tone and significant presence. Longs strings, huge soundboard, regulated and tuned to Concert Pitch. Responsive weighted keys and light to medium touch, a very piano to play with a rich and lyrical tone.

The case is original and unrestored, which is reflected in the price. There is fade and natural wear throughout, but nothing major. Brass is refinished, original ivory keys are sanded and buffed, and internal action is fully reconditioned. This piano would suit a traditional setting and is ideal for the player, beginner or professional, as it is all about tone and quality internals.
