1912 Reconditioned German Steinhart Overstrung Traditional Upright

A medium sized, very well built, solid German mixed Walnut and Rosewood piano. The original ivory keys are perfectly in tact, as this instrument was kept in a caring climate throughout its life since 1912. It is stable in Concert Pitch and can be tuned above, currently 442. The tone is soft and rounded, pure in the mid range, clean and thin in the high end. The bass notes are potent, strong and clear and overall has a pleasant even sound. The internals are reconditioned and in superb shape, regulated and ready to play. The design of the case, floral inlay, and renewed brass trimmings make this a handsome piano that doesn't take up much space. Ideal for all levels of player and a German instrument of the highest quality, very old but very good.
