A solid, British handbuilt Challen Acoustic upright in showroom condition and ready to play. There is no wear, inside or out, with regulated German Langer action and responsive light to medium touch. There is even depth of tone throughout the range, clear and resonant, with a potent bass register. A suitable instrument for recording purposes, as the sound quality is warm and acoustic, with significant volume and presence when required. The player can expend energy without holding back and is ideal for the learner, or well seasoned professional. Cast iron frame, internal underdamping, weighted keys, practice pedal, full 88 keyboard, regulated and tuned to Concert Pitch.
