Ornate 1899 Julius Bluthner German Overstrung Upright Piano

The beautiful instrument is made by one of the most highly regarded piano manufacturers of all time. With over 5000 handcrafted German parts, it's a solid grained Walnut piano with a nice medium touch and big full rounded tone. It has a large perfect soundboard which projects significant volume and presence. The original ivory keys from 1899 are in superb condition, white, flush, weighted and responsive. The twin solid brass candle holders on the front panel are detailed and attractive. The action is reconditioned, regulated and piano is tuned to pitch. Refinished brass and comfortable, effective pedals. A rare and beautiful Bluthner to become a true family heirloom.
